why havent we got a top 50 eels caught in the country . we have carp , barbel , pike , zander etc etc . but no eels i know nac have 1 for the club but no country. only true fish count .

| I'm sure that the general uk list was done by nasa, but they don't exist any more but I think there was one before but was full of bogus big eels form carpers and the likes with 9-10lb fish an the likes.

When NASA dissolved and SACG formed then SAA the act of keeping a top fifty list was left to the individual specimen groups to keep up to date.
NAC never carried on. It was ment to be the records officers job.
Not sure if it was a voted on discussion not to up keep the list. _________________ Went eel fishing once and caught 1.

i think the last one i saw the lowest eel was 7.10 .would nice to see updated one of REAL not GUESSED eels .
