This year I have decided to return to Pike fishing. I really fancy trying to catch a pike from the River Wye. My best pike is 12lb 6 ozs caught from the R.Wye at Monmouth on a deadbait.
I have purchased some 30lb wire and I am looking forward to my first session in October. I have to work this coming weekend but it will give me a bit more time to sort out and tie a few rigs ready for the session.

I keep you informed how I get on.
Tight lines everyone.
