dont all laught target eel this year is a 7lb large guffaws all round , have been invited to fish private pit in colne valley so watch this space , tench target over 8lb 15ozs so thats spring and summer taken care of . as to the winter this year cold be a big thames perch or chub target chub has to be over 6lb 8ozs , should give me something to do ! lucky her indoors is understanding . well thats my ramblings over with . good luck to all who post in your hunt.

Still going to be chasing 6lb anguilla this year, giving catfish a break this year as had a cracking season last year on them. I am still after a PB Blue Shark having had Lemon Sharks to 340lb and Black Tips to 140lb the british sharks are proving a lot tougher nut to crack.
I am also trying to get my own lake dug for Eel conservation that could be my biggest result if it comes off.

well said dave , try my missus for your piking guide , she's caned them this year on the rivers , but ended in the hospital with a nasty cut on her thumb for the last high double she had yesterday.

The only 2 arces I have got is after sitting on cold river bank fishing for chub.

he is still waiting for that chub, took him 20 years to catch a 5lb chub from the wye, took myself, a handful of session, fishing on my own, all goes to show the right tactics in the right place always pay off

Yep Son, and a pair of G.B. so you can just drop into a swim on the R.Wye and catch a PB.

Here is the PB Tench from Willow Pool this year.
4lb 13 ozs. Caught on a Lobworm.
Also I have managed to catch my P.B. Eel from "Springs"
4lb 13 ozs. Having a good year so Far
Soon be on the rivers.
